The deccased was a sister of Mrs. John Oakes, Bluejay, W. Va., and John M. Kelley, of Eckman. Surviving Mrs. Bell are a daughter, Miss Stella Bell, Floyd; two sons, Oscar Bell, Roanoke, and Eldridge Bell, Floyd; and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Oakes, BlueJay; Mrs. J. L. Turner, Roanoke; John M. Kelley, Eckman and T. L. Kelley, of Whithall, Md. on September 18, 1931.⁴
