He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Candy Creasy; daughters, Courtney Creasy, Carla Creasy Peters(Greg), Mary Helen Critzer (Dylan); granddaughter, Hannah Jane Creasy; sisters, Melodee Tamashiro (Charlie) and Dougie Bolt (Roger). on July 30, 2016.2
