There are three grandchildren, Mrs. Mandy Crouse and husband, Philip Crouse of King, N.C., Carla and Tony Swaim of Germanton, N.C; three stepgrandchildren, Andrew, Zackary, and Sarah Stultz of Salem, Va; and one brother, Mr. Irvin Collins, of Ararat, Va. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park Cemetery. on August 9, 2006.2
