Artickual 4th - The remaining Portion of My Estate both Real and personal I wish sold, my personal property to be sold on a credit

of Twelve Months. My Real Estate on such time as Executors may think most conducive to the interests of my legatees, and after all nessary expences shall have been paid. My Will and desire is that the proceeds shall be Eaqually divided between My children herein after named, to wit. Elizabeth Conner, Ann Gray, Benjamin F. Kelly, George W. Kelly, Jr., William D. She graduated from Buchanan High School and Virginia Baptist School of Nursing in Lynchburg and worked for 27 years as a staff nurse at DuPont. She had been a member of First Baptist Church in Collinsville since 1951 and had been active in the Women’s Missionary Union. She was a volunteer for the American Red Cross and Hospice for several years. Surviving are two daughters, Kathryn Hudson Wilkerson of La Plata, Md., and Rosemary Roberts Findley of Greensboro, N.C; a sister, Martha Marie King of Ringgold; three brothers, Melvin Lewis King of Bedford, Norman Bennett King of Salem and Kenneth Nathan King of Fincastle; two granddaughters; a great-granddaughter; and a number of nieces and nephews. on December 1, 2009.6

Funeral services will be conduced Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Pocahontas Baptist Church with Rev. Courtney Johnson and Rev. William Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery in Tazewell, Va. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Friends may call at Shumate-Newman Funeral Home in Pocahontas after 5 p.m. today. The body will be taken to the church one hour prior to the service. on January 13, 1970.2
