Trucking in Oak Hill and a member of the Jones Avenue First Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband, C.E. "Red" Williams; a son, Kenneth Dooley; a sister, Evelyn Stevens; and six brothers, Ralph, Arnold, Leslie, Mart, Basil and Lewis Epperly. Survivors include a daughter, Carolyn Blackwell Lipsett of Hephzibah, Ga; a son, Jerry L. Dooly of Oak Hill; two sisters, Anna Lee Elkins of Fayetteville and Arvella Carey of Sidney, Ohio; 13 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren. Survivors include daughter, Dorothy Owens and husband, Bill, of Lewisburg; sons, Raymond Butler and wife, Lonie, of Oak Hill; stepson, Jerry Dooley and wife, Nora, of Oak Hill; son, William "Bill" Dooley and wife, Joyce, of Oak Hill; daughter, Betty Castleman of Grand Rapids, MI; daughter, Sherry Painter and husband, Danny, of Oak Hill; daughter, Karen Lefevers and husband, David, of Roanoke, VA; and sister, Maggie Pennock of Oak Hill. Entombment will be at High Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum. on January 15, 2005.1
