First, I desire that all my just debts and Furnal [sic] expences be paid out of My Estate -
Secondly, I give to my Beloved Wife Mary, a certain portion of my Farm bounded as followes to wit - (description of metes and bounds) - I allso give her privlege of cutting timber on annex of my land for her own use. I allso geve to my wife Mary, Three Hundred Dollars in Money, and one Horse, and one two-horse Wagon and harness for the same - one Milch Cow and I allso give to my wife Mary two head of sheep and two head of hogs and two Beads and Furniture for the same - one press sideboard, Beaum and Frank. One cooking Stove and and Vessels for the same. Wheels and Reel. One side saddle and Bridle. The above named property and Money is to be hers so long as She Remains my Widow. I give unto Balsora Richards one Dollar.
Thirdly - I give to Delpha Vest, James Martin's heirs, and Moses Martin, Tabitha Graham, Syntha Lawrence, William Martin, Jr and Letica Hale heirs with the Exception of Jeremiah Hale, who is to have One Dollar as his part, the above named parties is to Shear Eaqual in My Estate.
Fourthly - I gave to Tempey Forgerson my Daughter ten Dollars out of my Estate and no more -
Fifthly - I give unto Isaac Martin, my son, One Dollar and no more.
Sixthly - I gave unto Vilaann Hale, my Daughter, Fifty Dollars and no more.
Seventhly - I gave Catharine Simons, my GrandDaughter, Daughter of Letha Simons, Desd, ten Dollars and no more.
Eightly - I give unto Burwell Wimmer, my GranSon, the son of Louise Wimmer, my Daughter One Dollar and no More.
Ninthly - After My Deseace I desire that my Estate Real and personly including dets due and Money on hand and all person propertys what so every owened by me, not heretofore disposed of by me, sold by my executors hereinafter mentioned.

She was paralyzed about the 8th of Jan and gradually grew weaker, but would ____ up part of the time until about two weeks before she died and she got too weak to be taken up anymore.
Her funeral was preached by Eld. L. S. Moran and J. H. Cummings and her remains were laid to rest in the Red Oak Grove cemetery...
