Born May 9, 1946 in Macomb, Dick was the son of Clifford E. and Marjorie Stoner Ringenberg. He married Joyce Chockley on June 2, 1968, in Augusta; she survives. Mr. Ringenberg was a 1964 graduate of Augusta High School and attended Quincy Technical School. He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Augusta and the Huntsville Masonic Lodge, and he served as township supervisor for Birmingham Township. Dick served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. Dick was employed by the Illinois Department of Transportation in highway maintenance for 35 years, retiring in 2002. Surviving in addition to his wife are sons Chris Ringenberg of Lake City, Fla., and Jonathan Ringenberg of Quincy; grandchildren Jared, Casey, John, Molly and Delaney Ringenberg; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Jim Ringenberg, and nephew Kenny Ringenberg. Cremation rites have been accorded. Services will be held 3 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 27, at the Faith Lutheran Church in Augusta by Pastor Kurt Hoover. Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the time of services Sunday at the church. Private inurnment will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Faith Lutheran Church. on January 26, 2013.4

She was a member of the original Church of God. She loved her soap operas, reading newspaper, chatting with her dear friends, and spending time with her children, 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her late husband, Earl Richman Williams, a veteran of WW2, as well as her long time boyfriend of 30 years William "Bo Bo" Hinkle, sisters; Minnie Arthur of Ohio and Vivian Pearl Likens, brother, Robert Glenn Likens, and son Fabian Lee Williams of Oak Hill. Left to cherish her memory is her companion for the last 7 years, James Knight of Stonerise, Beckley, brothers; Clifford "Cliffy" Eads of Beckley and Ronnie Eads of Delaware, a daughter Denise and spouse Larry Hall, and grandchildren; Heather and Ashley Hall of NC, the widowed wife of her son, Cindy Williams (Vickers), and granddaughter Amanda Williams of Rainelle, WV, and close granddaughter Savanna Bennett and husband Michael of NC, who has been taking care of Ruth since the passing of her son Fabian in 2009. Ruth has 6 great grandchildren that she loved and enjoyed. along with raising her own children, she raised her brother Cliff, daughter in law Cindy Williams from the age of 16, and grandchildren Amanda and Savanna from birth. She loved everyone unconditionally and always had a smile on her face. Everyone she met she treated as family and the lives she touched will cherish her memory for the rest of their days. Graveside Rites will be held at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens off Pea Ridge Rd, Oak Hill.
