     Alice Mary May Hutchens Alice M. Hutchens Delp age 90 of Beckley, WV passed away Sunday, March 10, 2019 in Columbia, SC. Born on February 17, 1929 at Dunns, WV, she was the daughter of the late Charles E. Hutchens and Lelia Laverna Conner Hutchens. Mrs. Delp was a former employee of Maidenform in Princeton, WV, and later devoted her life to being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmother. She was a graduate of Spanishburg High School in 1947, and was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. Mrs. Delp enjoyed gardening, sewing, and crafts in her spare time. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years Alfred Delp, by sisters: Viada (Lincoln) Lilly, Pemel (Joe) Lilly, Reva (Paul) Hewitt, Dolores (James) Barton; brothers: Charles Vernon Hutchens, Roy (Jean) Hutchens, and Ellsworth(Eva) Hutchens. Those survivors left to cherish her memory include her Children: Susan Delp of Columbia, SC, Kimberly Elkins and husband Dan of Columbia, SC, David Delp and wife Susan of Cool Ridge, WV, and Alfred Delp and wife Tisa of Manning, SC.
