Vicki had a favorite cat, Tom, who lived to the age of twenty with her loving care of him. Vicki's love of animals led her to caring for feral cats in her neighborhood for many years. Vicki was a member of Blacksburg Christian Church, Blacksburg, Virginia whose minister and congregation was there for her in her time of need. A graveside service will be held at the Scott-Albert Cemetery, McCoy, Virginia.2 She was born on May 30, 1945 at Montgomery Co., Virginia.2,4 She died on February 26, 2023 at Blacksburg, Virginia, at age 77.2

     Lon David Scott Mr. David Scott, 74, of Milford MA, died Sunday (November 14, 2021) at Beth Israel-New England Deaconess Hospital in Boston MA after an illness. He was the beloved husband of Linda G. (Scott) Scott and the beloved husband of the late Eileen F. (Lesko) Scott, who died in 2005. Mr. Scott was born in Christiansburg VA, the son of the late William R. and the late Laura E. (Austin) Scott. He was a graduate of Blacksburg VA High School, Class of 1965 and also a graduate of Erskine College located in Due West SC. Mr. Scott was first employed as a young man as a salesperson for the Lafayette Radio store located in Chicago IL. He then owned & operated a furniture store named “Wicker Witch” located in the Chicago area . Following that he owned & operated “Pro Marketing” and later, “Priority Sales”, located in Norwood MA. Later in his retirement years he founded a non-profit named “Abundant Care”, which provided healthcare products to the homeless and to women’s shelters. Mr. Scott had been an active member of the Trinity Episcopal Church in Milford MA and had volunteered for years as a cook while providing meals for all kinds of church activities at Trinity Episcopal. He clearly loved to cook, loved to discuss politics, and was an animal lover, especially of dogs. But his favorite past-time was spending time with his children & grandchildren. Along with his beloved wife of 14 years, he is survived by 5 children: Matthew Scott and his wife Kari of Tacoma WA, Jenny, wife of Daniel Berry of Ellicott City MD, Laura Scott and her partner Niles Madison of Hyde Park VT, Alissa Camire and her husband Scott of Biddeford ME and Aspen Ference and her husband William of Harvard MA; 11 grandchildren: Justin Scott, Wren Scott, Silva Scott, Ryan Berry, Brooke Berry, Aubrie Camire ,Ryder Camire, Brooks Ference, Bolton Ference, June Ference & River Ference; his sister: Victoria Scott of Christiansburg VA; also several nieces & nephews. Mr. Scott was the father of the late James “Jay” Scott, who died in 2009.7 He was born on January 27, 1947 at Christiansburg, Montgomery Co., Virginia.4,5 He married Kathy Lee Davis on September 1, 1966 at Blacksburg, Virginia.4 Lon David Scott married Eileen Frances Lesko circa 1973.8,9,7 Lon David Scott married Linda G.
