Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Loretta and Clay Altice; her son and daughter-in-law, Roger and Renae McBride; her grandchildren, Greg and Peggy Altice, Gary and Theresa Altice, Steven McBride, Benjamin and Kristen McBride, and Christina McBride; her great-grandchildren, Hannah Altice and Sean Altice; her sisters and brother-in-law, Mae Conner, Arndill and Evangeline Wickline, Atha Smith, Harding and Lucille Graham, and Lakie Williams; and sisters-in-law, Ressie Graham and Ruby McBride. Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 11 a.m. Friday with Pastor Eddie Hawks of Woodlawn Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. Friends may call after 3 p.m. Thursday with the family will receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at Flora Funeral Service. He was born December 11, 1921 in Union, W.Va. and was the son of the late Hettie Miller Wickline and Leonard Kyle Wickline. He was a veteran of World War II having served in the U.S. Navy in the South Pacific aboard an anti-aircraft cruiser. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Radford ,(Disciples of Christ), a 56 year member of the Virginia May Masonic Lodge #38 A.F.&A.M, a member of the Masonic Royal Arch Chapter, a member of the V.F.W. Post 776, a member of the American Legion Post #30, and was associated with Dick Price Ford for over 32 years. In Arnold's spare time he loved golfing and the beauty of antiques, especially clocks. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Evangeline Graham Wickline of Radford; one son, L. Graham Wickline and his wife Donna of Radford; one daughter, Brenda Wickline Lessard of Radford; one sister, Margie McCraw of Radford. Also survived by four grandchildren, Jason Wickline, Kimberly Wickline, Austin Wickline, Joseph Lessard, and one great-grandson, Kyle Wickline. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 31, 2007 at 11 a.m. at the First Christian Church in Radford with the Rev. Gina Rhea officiating. Interment will follow in Sunrise Burial Park where the V.F.W. Post 776 will conduct military honors. The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday from 10 a.m. until service time. Harding Graham was buried at Highland Memory Gardens, Rt. 11 between Dublin and Radford, Pulaski Co., Virginia.4 He was born on February 16, 1921 at Alum Ridge, Floyd Co., Virginia.4,5 He married Lucille Evelyn Roop on March 27, 1948 at Radford, Virginia.4,6,9 Harding Graham died on September 11, 2018 at Virginia at age 97.4 He Harding Graham, 97, of Radford, Va., passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2018. He was retired from Burlington Industries with over forty-five years of service. Born and raised in the Alum Ridge area of Floyd County, Va. he served in the United States Army during World War II in New Guiana, the Philippines, and Guadalcanal. He was a lifetime member of the VFW, serving many years as chaplain for Radford's Post 776. He married his wife of seventy years, Lucille Roop Graham, in 1948 and purchased their life-long home in Radford. He loved fishing, gardening, playing Santa Claus, building log bird houses, and making "peach tree baskets". After retirement, using trees he had cut and handcrafted, he built his own log cabin. He served many years as a deacon for the Seventh Day Adventist Church. In addition to his wife, Lucille, he is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Milton and Lois Graham; daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Peter Hart of Frostburg, MD; step-son Larry Dickens and friend, Donna of Pulaski; grandsons, Gavin Hart and Rickey Dickens; and his granddaughter, Kelsey Hart. He was preceded in death by his parents, Peyton and Maggie Graham and nine siblings: sisters Mary Switzer, Iva Hodges, Mae Conner, Edith McBride, Vera Eaves, Atha Smith, Evangeline Wickline, Lakie Williams, and brother, Hanson Graham. The family wishes to thank all those from the VA, Intrepid, Human Touch, and the many friends for their help during this difficult period. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. on Friday, September 14, 2018 at DeVilbiss Funeral Home in Radford, Va. with funeral services beginning at 2 p.m. with Pastor Don Elswick officiating. Interment with full military rites will follow at Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. DeVilbiss Funeral Home in Radford is in charge of arrangements. on September 14, 2018.4

Lucille Evelyn Roop was buried at Highland Memory Gardens, Rt. 11 between Dublin and Radford, Pulaski Co., Virginia.2 She was born on February 21, 1928 at Radford, Virginia.3,4 As of March 27, 1948,her married name was Graham.4 She married Harding Graham, son of James Payton Graham and Eliza Margaret "Maggie" Boone, on March 27, 1948 at Radford, Virginia.1,4,2 Lucille Evelyn Roop died on August 16, 2020 at Virginia at age 92.2 She Lucille Rupe Graham, 92, died on the morning of August 16, 2020. She was a lifelong resident of Radford. She was preceded in death in 2018 by her husband of 70 years, Harding. ' They met while working at Burlington Mills in Radford where Harding was rehired after returning from World War II. They were married on March 27, 1948. They purchased a home in Mill Village and never left. Over the years, Lucille also worked for J.D. Freezer & Son, the Commonwealth Press, and Dublin Garment. She enjoyed traveling, especially winter trips to Florida, hosting church socials at their mountain cabin, making quilts, cooking, growing flowers and preparing for her favorite holiday, Christmas. Survivors include her sons, Larry Dickens (Donna) and Milton Graham (Lois); daughter, Tammy Hart (Peter); along with several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; and Eric, a special neighbor and friend to Lucille and Harding. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2020, at Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin conducted by Pastor Amilcar "AJ" Groschel Jr. of the Pulaski Seventh-Day Adventist Church. on August 19, 2020.2

Lakie has resided in Roanoke, Va., for the past 40 years and retired from Allstate Insurance Company. She is survived by her daughter, Elaine Williams Shelton (Ronnie) of Roanoke; son, Richard M. Williams III (Andrea) of Mesa, Ariz; grandsons, Matthew Shelton of Atlanta, Ga., and Michael (Abigail) Shelton of Cary, N.C; one great-grandson, Conroy Shelton; brother, Harding Graham; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, Lakie was preceded in death by her sisters, Mary Switzer, Iva Hodges, Mae Conner, Edith McBride, Vera Eaves, Atha Smith, and Evangeline Wickline; and brother, Hanson Graham. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 8, 2018, at Oakey's South Chapel with the Rev. Andrew Shelor officiating. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be private. on September 6, 2018.5

She was a faithful member of Blacksburg United Methodist Church and enjoyed knitting, needlepoint, reading, cooking, hunting sea shells (especially at Fort Myers, FL), bluegrass music and was an avid fan of Virginia Tech sports. One of her greatest joys was taking care of her family. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 28, 2013, from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. and from 5 to 7 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Blacksburg United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Reggie Tuck and the Rev. Fred Austin officiating. There will be a private immediate family interment in Sunset Cemetery, Christiansburg. He was born on July 22, 1940 to parents Leonard and Eva Altice. He was also preceded in death by his brothers Kenneth Altice and Jan Altice. He is survived by his wife Loretta, his sons Greg Altice (Peggy) and Gary Altice, his grandchildren Hannah Altice and Sean Altice (Sele), his brother Justin Altice (Janet), his sisters-in-law Ann Altice and Colleen Altice, and his brother-in-law Roger McBride (Renae). Clay and Loretta spent 63 years loving each other. They worshipped, traveled, shopped together, and enjoyed time with their family and many friends. Clay loved old cars. He collected them and went to many car shows. He worked for 36 years at AEP. He loved his church and was an usher for as long as he was able. The family is very grateful for all the care and support provided by his friends, his caregivers and Hospice. Interment to follow in the Altice Cemetery on Dove Field Road in Glade Hill. on September 20, 2023.2
