Dobbins, on August 3, 1962 at Roanoke Co., Virginia.^1,2,4 Nancy Lou Hart and James Ray Hall were divorced on September 4, 1985 at Roanoke Co., Virginia.³ Nancy Lou Hart died on October 10, 2021 at Virginia at age 80.² She Nancy Lou Hart Hall Stultz, September 21, 1941 - October 10, 2021. Nancy Lou Hart Hall Stultz, age 80, of Salem, Virginia, peacefully went home to be with the Lord Jesus whom she loved so much on Sunday, October 10, 2021. Preceding her in death were her parents, Jesse and Marvin Hart; husband, James Ray Hall; and brothers, Doug Hart, Ray Hart, and Julian Hart. Nancy leaves behind siblings, Margaret Roberson, Edith Fisher, and Tom Hart; children, Dianne Ward and husband, Matt, Susan Conn and husband, Todd, Buck Hall, Mary Johnson and husband, Dave, and Betsy Linkous and husband, Chris; several grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two great-granddaughters on the way. She will be laid to rest at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. on October 13, 2021.²
