Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 5 at 2:00 p.m. at the Lotz Salem Chapel with the Rev. Paul Harris officiating. Interment will be in Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday at Lotz Salem Chapel. on September 4, 1991.²

Also surviving are two sisters, Doris Trump and Wilma Howell. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 21, 2001 at 2 p.m. at the Lotz Salem Chapel, with the Rev. Emory Tarpley officiating. Interment will be in Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Lotz Salem Chapel. on November 20, 2001.¹

     James Wesley "Jimmy" Hall was buried at Piedmont Cemetery, Rt. 11 to Shawsville, turn at nursing home, Rt. 637, about 8 miles on the left, Montgomery Co., Virginia.⁴ He married Patsy Linkenhoker.¹ James Wesley "Jimmy" Hall married Ruby Allen.¹ James Wesley "Jimmy" Hall was born on August 21, 1950.¹ He died on February 11, 2013 at Virginia at age 62.⁴ He James W. Hall, 62, of Salem, passed away Monday, February 11, 2013. He was born in Roanoke, a son of the late Horace Vance Hall and Barbara Hall Spence of Salem, and had been a lifelong area resident. In addition to his father, his brother, Darrell Hall, preceded him in death. James was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys. He worked as a security officer, was a member of the N.R.A., and enjoyed watching NASCAR. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughter, Teresa Stanton and her husband, Lee; a sister, Linda Hall; stepfather, Charles Spence; granddaughter, Darien Stanton; and a special aunt, Maxine Caldwell. A graveside funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, February 15, 2013, in Piedmont Cemetery in Shawsville. The family will receive friends Thursday, February14, 2013, from 4 to 8 p.m. at John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home and Crematory, Salem, 540-389-5441. on February 14, 2013.⁴

     His Social Security Number was 223-84-5132.⁵ Darrell Wayne Hall was buried at Piedmont Cemetery, Rt. 11 to Shawsville, turn at nursing home, Rt. 637, about 8 miles on the left, Montgomery Co., Virginia.¹ He was born on November 24, 1952.⁵ He married Willa Williams on December 21, 1973.^6,7 Darrell Wayne Hall died on February 17, 2004 at Virginia at age 51.^1,5 He Darrell Wayne Hall, 51, of Shawsville, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 17, 2004. He was employed by Hall's Construction as a welder in the maintenance department. He was also an ordained independent Baptist minister. As a musician, he had a great love for gospel bluegrass which he brought to his ministry. He also served in the U.S. Army. Surviving family include his wife, Willa W. Hall; sons, Robert V. Hall, Matthew T. and his wife Megan Hall; daughters, Michelle Hall Hoops, Ruth Hall and her husband Jonathan Sallee; mother and stepfather, Barbara Hall and Charles R. Spence; grandchildren, Matthew H. Price, Shane T. Hoops, Jonathan W. Sallee, Michaela M. Hall; and stepgrandchild, Ashley N. Baine; a brother, James W. Hall; and a sister, Linda S. Hall; numerous special nieces, nephews, and family. He was preceded in death by his father, Horace Vance Hall and a son-in-law, Roy S. Hoops. The funeral service will be held on Friday, February 20, 2004 at 2 p.m. at the Senecca Baptist Church in Elliston, with Pastors Marshall Cochran and Elmer Clemmons officiating. Burial will follow in the Piedmont Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the John M. Oakey and Son Funeral Home in Salem. on February 19, 2004.¹

     Linda Sue Hall was buried at Piedmont Cemetery, Rt. 11 to Shawsville, turn at nursing home, Rt. 637, about 8 miles on the left, Montgomery Co., Virginia.² She was born on August 30, 1956.¹ She died on August 20, 2015 at Virginia at age 58.² She Linda S. Hall, of Salem, left this world of suffering and pain on Thursday, August 20, 2015 to join her father, Vance Hall; and brothers, James and Darrell Hall in Heaven. Linda will be missed by her mother, Barbara, step-dad, Charles Spence; and many loved ones. Linda had lived at Bledsoe Cottage, Hope Tree Family Services for the last 5 years with friends, Rachel, Marcia, Susan, and loving staff. A period of visitation will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2015 in the John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home in Salem. A graveside service will then be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Piedmont Cemetery in Shawsville. on August 21, 2015.²

     Percy B. Poff was born in October, 1883 at Virginia.² He died before April 16, 1910; In the 1910 Census, his mother listed 6 of her 9 children as living. Percy must have been one of the children who was deceased.³
