Hammack and was also preceded in death by a stepson, Everett Goodwin; two brothers, Fred and Lewis Hammack; and a sister, Eva H. Altizer. Surviving are a sister, Bertha H. Altice of Vinton; two grandsons, Danny and Steve Goodwin of Las Vegas, Nevada; several nieces and nephews; and two special friends, Ronnie and Dottie Victory of Roanoke. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday from Oakey's Roanoke Chapel with the Rev. G. Mark Washington and the Rev. Charles R. Doyle officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Burial Park. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Thursday at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel. on July 19, 2001.2

Holloway died recently after a lifelong residence at Salona. Another sister, also now dead, was Mrs. Charles Rote, whose sister-in-law, Mrs. Effie Weymouth, was also a Lock Haven resident. Miss Edith Wilson of this city is a cousin of Mrs. Holloway. Mrs. Holloway was a member of the Eastern Star, She resided at 1601 N. Orange Grove Ave., Hollywood. on August 16, 1940.5
