Mr. Clements is a native of Hansford. Besides his widow, Mrs. Nettie Poff Clements, he is survived by two sons, Frank and Woodrow, and two daughters, Genevleve and Lucille, all of Charleston; a brother, Edward Clements, of East Bank, and a sister, Mrs. William Pechell, of Chelyan. on November 27, 1932.4
