He is survived by his beloved wife of 31 years, Penny; his children, Linda (Scott) Young of Lima, Ohio, Bill (Diane) Lang of Gainesville, Fla., Wendy Lang of Port Charlotte, and Derrick Lang of Port Charlotte; sister, Donna Rotheram, of Monongahela, Pa; his grandchildren, Alex Lang, Sara Young, Emily Young and Bronson Lang; great-grandchildren, Brendan and Landon Young; and many nieces and nephews. Herman was preceded in death by his mother, Florence Lang Kelley; and brother, Lang Kelley. on December 31, 2015.4
