Ferris and wife, Lotus, and their daughters, Regina, Robin and Renee', all of Vinton; other nephews, Irvin R. Land Jr. and wife, Karen, Tommy F. Land, Greg Land; and a special niece, Jennifer R. Ferris. Funeral services will be held at Ridgewood Baptist Church 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 31, with the Rev. Nelson Harris, the Rev. Tommy Toms and Father James E. Parke officiating. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park. A prayer service will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel where friends may call on Monday and Tuesday. on March 29, 1993.1
