Clark Jr. of San Francisco; sister, Louise Witt of Bristol, Va; and grandchildren, Virginia Gilbert, Julie Blazick and Timothy Blazick. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday at 11 a.m. at Glenwood Mausoleum Chapel with Niles Kitzmiller officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Weaver Funeral Home. The family would like to say a special thanks to the staff of NHC of Bristol. on January 16, 2002.3
