Born on December 22, 1908, in Rural Retreat, and raised in Bluefield, W.Va., she was the daughter of Walter and Lana Hicks Sprinkle. She was married to Trigg M. Nolley, who died in 1960. She married Harry W. Dole in 1969. Known as "Nolley" to many, she was a member of Grove United Methodist Church of Radford, where she was the secretary for 21 years. Survivors include one son and his wife; Billy and Martha Nolley of Amherst; one stepdaughter and her husband, Edith and Ron Marsh of Wilmington, N.C., and five grandchildren, Adam and Eric Nolley, and Anne, Amy and Andy Marsh. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 21, 1998, at Grove United Methodist Church in Radford, with the Rev. Clarence Dishman officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Dublin. The family will receive friends at the church from 12 noon until 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Grove United Methodist Church. Arrangements by Seaver-Sanders & Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. on February 20, 1998.1

Mr. Craft was born November 11, 1926, a son of the late William Roscoe and Ethel Kittenger Craft. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his Wife, Elizabeth Swain Craft, in 1996, and by three Brothers, Theo Craft, James Craft, and Bo Craft. He was a veteran of World War II with the US Army. He was a retired foreman for the Charlotte Observer newspaper. Surviving are his Son, Herbert “Jack” Craft and his Wife, Lisa, of Charlotte, NC., his Daughter, Jan Elliott and her Husband, Kenny, of Lynchburg; his Sister, Rachael Rock, of Covington, his Brother, Jerry Craft, and his Wife, Christine, of Heidelburg, Germany, and a number of nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held Sunday, March 29, 2015, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Arritt Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Hartsfield officiating. The family will receive their friends for one hour prior to the service at Arritt Funeral Home. The interment will be made in Alleghany Memorial Park with graveside rites. The family suggests that donations in Mr. Craft’s name be made to the Alzheimer’s Association at P.O. Box 96011 Washington, DC 20090­6011 or to the Wounded Warrior Project at P.O.      Raymond Earl Dudding Jr. was buried at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia.5 He Reported Dead - Raymond E. Dudding, Jr., 18, USNR, son of Mrs. and Mrs. R. E. Dudding, of Blue Ridge, has been reported killed accidently on September 27 while on duty in the South Pacific, according to war department information. Dudding, who has been in the service about 14 months, has been overseas about a year. Besides his parents, he is survived by six sisters, Mrs. Jimmy Miller, Miss Kathleen Dudding, Juanita Dudding, Eunice Dudding, all of Blue Ridge; and three brothers, Robert, Jack, and Charles, also of Blue Ridge.6 He was born on June 8, 1927 at Bedford Co., Virginia.5,2 He died on October 3, 1945 at South Pacific at age 18; Died while serving his country in WWII.1,5
