Blankenship, of Martinsville, Herbert R. and Linda A. Blankenship, of Winston-Salem, N.C., and Samuel L. and Betty F. Blankenship, of Charlotte, N.C; grandchildren, Giles E. Blankenship, Kirk M. Blankenship, Mark D. Blankenship, David R. Blankenship, Michael G. Blankenship, James R. Blankenship and Cynthia L. Blankenship; and great-grandchildren, Davis G. Blankenship, Sophie M. Blankenship, Kenneth G. Blankenship, Naomi G. Blankenship, Lydia J. Blankenship, Lexa R. Blankenship and Luke E. Blankenship. The funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, January 2, 2012, at Norris Funeral Services Martinsville Chapel, Martinsville, with the Rev. Steve Greer officiating.
