Dianne is survived by sons, Christopher Epperly and wife, Laura, of Punta Gorda, Fla., Matthew Hamilton and wife, Sue, of Huntsville, Ala; daughter, Betsy Hamilton, of Vinton; sisters, Anna Dehart and husband, Carl and Elizabeth Wingfield; and brother, Robert Baker, all of Roanoke. Dianne also had six loving grandchildren; several nephews and a niece and many, many friends. Dianne was a kind, generous person who was known for her love of family. She was happiest when she was taking care of her family and friends. She was much cherished by her family and will be sorely missed. Dianne was a dedicated and loyal employee of Woods Rodgers. The interment will follow in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. on June 28, 2010.2

He was preceded in death by his sister, Martha Dewey Grammar and his brother, Richard VanZandt Hamilton. Thomas proudly served his Country in the U.S. Army. He also served as a ridge Officer in the America's Boating Club, formerly United States Power Squadron, on the Dist. 17 Bridge and the Huntsville Sails and Power Squadron Bridge. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Lee (Broomall) Hamilton; a brother, David Hamilton (Gerry); a son, Matthew Hamilton (Sue); daughters, Anna Hamilton, Nicole Cobb, Michelle Steed (Billy Smith); stepson, Chris Epperly (Laura). His seven grandchildren, Austin, Abbey, Millie, Tori, Haley, Ruthie and Eli. His four great grandchildren, Cali, Carli, Stormie and Sage. She was born on August 19, 1938 in the City of Roanoke, Va; the daughter of the late William Morgan Johnson, Sr. and Lillie Mae Walker Johnson. Essa was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Roy Ray Scott and her son-in-law, James Woods.
