Agee, 97, of Bouldin Road, Ridgeway, passed away Friday, October 20, 2017, at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke. She was born September 7, 1920, in Willis, Va. to the late Harrison Hylton and Maude Slaughter Hylton. She was a homemaker and was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. She enjoyed attending senior citizen meetings. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Obie K. Agee; two brothers, Dalton and Milton Hylton; and a grandson, Marvin Conner. Mrs. Agee is survived by two daughters, Mary Conner and Blanche Compton; a son, Ralph Agee and his wife Phyllis; eight grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren, nineteen great-great grandchildren and one great-great-great-granddaughter.
