She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Carolyn Sue Nuckolls.Left to cherish her memory are her devoted husband of 38 years, Billy Bower; children, Gary Vest (Cindy), Tony Vest (Melissa), Kathy Storberg (Bill); brother, Carl Hungate (Brenda); devoted sisters, Gladys Dickerson (Terry) and Julia Kirkner; dearly loved grandchildren, Tyler, Jamey, Jordan, Hannah, Kaylee, Trapper, Zach; great-grandchild, Athena; in-laws, Audrey Bower, Martha Nash (Larry); and a host of other family and friends.Frances never met a stranger and had a personality that was larger than life. She leaves a wealth of friends, nieces, nephews, cousins, and church family who loved her dearly.The family will receive friends noon to 2 p.m. Monday, February 8, 2016, at Harbor of Hope Pentecostal Holiness Church. The Funeral Service will begin at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Craig Reed and the Rev. Richard Kingrea officiating. Interment will follow in Huffville Cemetery.The family would like to thank everyone at Lewis Gale Medical Center 6 West, Oncology Department, Dr. Currie, and the Fusion Center. on February 7, 2016.2

She was a resident of Bartley the greater part of her life and was a member of the Trinity Assembly Church in English. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Lewis Kingrea; two daughters, Edna Earl Kingrea and Shelby Jean Kingrea; one brother, Gaylord Ball; six sisters, Virgie Ball, Doris Kirk, Florence Gibson, Myrtle Richardson, Zolla Pruett, and Edith Brickey. She is survived by a sister, Marie Klingensmith of Akron, Ohio; caregivers, Odella Hicks and family; a special friend, Judy Welch; several nephews and nieces. Interment will be at the Grandview Memory Gardens, Bluefield, Va. Family and friends may meet at the Grandview Mausoleum for committal services. The Fanning Funeral Home of Welch is serving the Kingrea family. on May 19, 2008.3

Surviving are his wife of 58 years, Elizabeth S. Stephens; daughters, Shelia Odell Hensley, of Boones Mill, and Sharon S. Bailey, of Bland, Va; two brothers, Roy Runions, of Melbourne, Fla. and James C. (Doc) Runions, of Pearisburg. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, December 15, 2002 in the First United Methodist Church in Pearisburg at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Charles W. Lockerby and Dr. Fred L. Austin officiating with burial following in the Birchlawn Burial Park in Pearisburg. The family will receive friends Saturday evening at the Givens Funeral Home in Pearisburg from 6 to 9 p.m. Arrangements by Givens Funeral Home, Pearisburg. on December 14, 2002.2
