     Sarah "Sally" Reed was born circa 1773 at Montgomery Co., Virginia.⁴ She married Jonathan Conner, son of Daniel I.      Sarah Catherine "Katy" Paxton was born circa 1825 at Botetourt Co., Virginia.³ She married Joel Brownlon/Brownlew Elmore, son of James Elmore and Camilla "Milley" "Milla" Gant, on August 5, 1842 at Botetourt Co., Virginia.^4,1,2 As of August 5, 1842,her married name was Elmore.

     Martha Elizabeth Crawford was born in March, 1837 at Craig Co., Virginia.^2,3 She married James Elmore, son of James Elmore and Camilla "Milley" "Milla" Gant, on January 25, 1853 at Craig Co., Virginia.^2,1 As of January 25, 1853,her married name was Elmore.

     Joseph Andrew Molloy Sr. Joseph Andrew Molloy, Sr., 78 yrs, of Port Deposit, MD, died Monday, January 26, 2015 at his residence. Born November 14, 1936 in New London, PA, he was the son of the late John Edward Molloy and Katherine Marjorie Boyd Molloy Narvell and Chester Narvell. Joe was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served from 1956 until 1958 and was formerly employed by Amtrak Railroad of Wilmington, DE. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Dorothy Mae Poff Molloy of Port Deposit, MD; son, Joseph Molloy, Jr. (Carol); daughters, Kimberly Blakeley (Russell), Vickie Dietz (Ron) and Sheryl Kriley (Tom); seven grandchildren; one great grandchild; brothers, Lawson Narvell and Clarence Narvell; and sister, Marie Bannon. Joe enjoyed spending his time with his family, he enjoyed hunting with his son and grandsons, his days were spent sitting on his porch with his wife and weekend rides to Pennsylvania. In addition to his parents, Joseph was preceded in death by his brothers, John Molloy and Chester Narvell.¹ He was born on November 14, 1936 at New London, Chester Co., Pennsylvania.¹ He married Dorothy Mae Poff, daughter of Crosier Elton Poff and Virginia Dare Bumgarner, on September 25, 1959.^2,1 Joseph Andrew Molloy Sr. died on January 26, 2015 at Port Deposit, Cecil Co., Maryland, at age 78.¹

     Joseph Andrew Molloy Jr. Joseph Andrew Molloy, Jr., 53 years, of Port Deposit, MD, passed away Friday, June 17, 2022 at home. Born August 2, 1968 in Havre de Grace, MD, he was the son of Dorothy Mae Poff Molloy and the late Joseph Andrew Molloy, Sr. Joseph was employed for 35 years as a material handler by Harford Systems, Inc., of Aberdeen, MD. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He is survived by his loving wife and companion of 18 years, Carol Lynn Crouse-Molloy; sons, Joseph Andrew Molloy III (M. Emma Molloy), Austin Molloy (M. Taylor Troutman), and Danney France II (M. Samantha Morter); daughters, Danielle France, Lisa France, and Kayla MacCombie; eight grandchildren; sisters, Kimberly Blakeley, Vickie Dietz and husband, Ron, Sheryl Kriley and husband, Tom; sister-in-law, Brenda Kinsler and husband, Rob. In addition to his father, Joseph was preceded in death by his brothers-in-law, Russell Blakeley, Larry Crouse, and Charles Crouse.² He married Joelle Brogan.³ Joseph Andrew Molloy Jr. was born on August 2, 1968 at Havre de Grace, Harford Co., Maryland.² He married Carol Lynn Crouse circa 2004.² Joseph Andrew Molloy Jr. died on June 17, 2022 at Port Deposit, Cecil Co., Maryland, at age 53.²

     Russell Carl Blakeley was born on July 3, 1957 at Havre de Grace, Harford Co., Maryland.³ He married Kimberly Molloy, daughter of Joseph Andrew Molloy Sr. and Dorothy Mae Poff, circa 1974.^1,2 Russell Carl Blakeley died on April 6, 2019 at Cecil Co., Maryland, at age 61.³ He Russell Carl Blakeley, 61, of Port Deposit, MD, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2019. Born July 3, 1957 in Havre de Grace, MD, he was the son of the late Earl Vernon and Ethel Arlene Howell Blakeley. Russell was employed by Harford Systems of Havre de Grace, MD. He was an active man with many projects. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoyed his trips to the ocean, camping, fishing, and being outdoors. Russell is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Kimberly Blakeley, of Port Deposit, MD; sons: Randy Blakeley; Robbie Blakeley and wife Nina; Mathew Blakeley and wife Alex; grandchildren: Miranda, Randy, Hailey, Hunter; brothers: Ricky Blakeley, Roger Blakeley; sister, Lisa Little; mother-in-law, Dorothy M. Molloy; brother-in-law, Joe Molloy and wife Carol; sisters-in-law: Vickie Dietz and husband Ron; Sheryl Kriley and husband Tom; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Russell was preceded in death by his brothers: Earl Blakeley Jr., Rodney Howell, and Raymond Blakeley. on April 9, 2019.³

     Dexter Campbell Elmore was buried at Green Hill Cemetery, Union, Monroe Co., West Virginia.^7,8,9,10 He Served as a private in the 22nd Virginia Infantry during the Civil War. He was born in 1840 at Botetourt Co. (now Craig Co.), Virginia.^1,5,10 He married Arminta Clementine Clark on January 19, 1870 at Monroe Co., West Virginia.^7,11,5,12 Dexter Campbell Elmore died on April 28, 1890 at Alderson, Greenbrier Co., West Virginia.^8,10 He Mr. D. C. Elmore, postmaster at Alderson, this county, died very suddenly about 11 o'clock AM on Tuesday last, 28 April 1890. He had been slightly sick for a few days preceeding, and his death, which it is supposed was caused by a neuralgia of the heart, was very unexpected. Mr. Elmore was a native of Craig Co., VA, and was about 42 years of age. He came to this county a number of years ago, and married a daughter of the late Samuel M. Clark. He has always been a consistent Republican, and in 1888 was nominated for the Legislature by that party, but declined the nomination. He was appointed postmaster at Alderson about a year ago, and filled the place acceptably. Mr. Elmore was a man of many good traits, and was much liked. He was buried in the cemetery at Union yesterday, Rev. F.A. Meade of the Episcopal church conducting the services. Mr. Elmore's life was insured, his friends will be glad to learn, by a reliable company, for $3,000.

     Lillian "Nel" Chambers was buried at Evergreen Burial Park, 1307 Summit Ave SW, Roanoke, Virginia.¹ Her Social Security Number was 230-40-7031.³ She was born on December 31, 1919.³ She married Kermit Poff, son of Walter Gordon Poff and Traconia Isabelle "Tacoma" Craighead, on May 28, 1935 at Welch, McDowell Co., West Virginia.^1,2 As of May 28, 1935,her married name was Poff.² Lillian "Nel" Chambers died on May 5, 2003 at Virginia at age 83.^1,3 She POFF, Lillian Chambers, (Nel), 83, of Roanoke, passed away Monday, May 5, 2003. She was the widow of Kermit Poff and was also preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Mary Chambers and her brother, L. T. Chambers. She had managed several restaurants in the Roanoke area in 1960s and 70s and was also employed by Physicians to Children. She later retired from the office of Dr. Glontz. Surviving are her daughters and sons-in-law, Shelby and Ralph Moran, Edna and Clinton Jones, all of Roanoke, Marie Elaine and Ira Martin of Rocky Mount; sons and daughter-in-law, Richard and Sandy Poff of Roanoke, Kermit Poff, Jr. of Thaxton; 15 grandchildren, Steve, Doug, June, Roger, Jeff, Patricia, Jimmy, Donald, Randy, Butch, Michael, Charlotte, Teresa, Sheila and Kermit, III; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; a sister, Lucille Austin of New Brunswick, N.J; a brother-in-law, Porter Poff of Roanoke; several nieces and nephews. Services will be at Oakey's South Chapel 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 7, 2003. The Rev. Kenneth Wright will officiate. Interment will follow in Evergreen Burial Park. The family will receive friends at Oakey's South Chapel from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Arrangements by Oakey's South Chapel . on May 6, 2003.¹

     Shelby Jacqueline Poff was buried at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, 5737 Airport Road NW, Roanoke, Virginia.⁶ She was born on April 12, 1937 at Davy, McDowell Co., West Virginia.^5,6 As of April 2, 1954,her married name was Moran.⁵ She married James Ralph Moran Sr. on April 2, 1954 at Vinton, Roanoke Co., Virginia.^1,2,3,5,6,7 Shelby Jacqueline Poff died on May 13, 2022 at Roanoke, Virginia, at age 85.⁶ She Shelby Poff Moran, 85, of Roanoke, Va., went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 13, 2022. She was born to Lillian and Kermit Poff on April 12, 1937. Shelby was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She also was very devoted to her church, Evangel Foursquare, and was an inspiration to those who knew her. Shelby was an avid baker and cake decorator, she also loved to sew, and her creative side blessed many people. For many years Shelby headed up a puppet ministry and many other activities for the children in her church. She was a Godly woman who touched many hearts with her love and talents. Shelby is survived by her husband of 68 years, James Ralph Moran; her children, Patty Anderson of Roanoke, Va., Jimmy (Jamie) Moran of Salem, Va., and Donald (Mary) Moran of Centerville, Va; grandchildren, Michael (Whitney) Moran of North Carolina, Josh Moran of Georgia, Ben Moran of Centerville, Va., Rebekah (Nickolas) Marinovich of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Hannah and (Matthew) Hodges of Farnham, Va; great-grandchildren, Harrison Moran of Centerville, Va., Bayley Holloman, of Colorado Springs, Colo., Kaitlyn Moran of North Carolina, and Luke Hodges of Farnham, Va; brother, Richard (Sandy) Poff of Roanoke, Va; sister, Marie Martin of Rocky Mount, Va; and an array of nieces and nephews. Shelby's legacy will live on through the people that she's touched. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. on May 15, 2022.⁶
