Also surviving are granddaughters, Angela Leonard (Alan) of Blue Ridge, Lara Nichols (Mark) of Boca Raton, Fla; and five beautiful great-grandchildren. Lura Dean faithfully served the Lord at St. Paul United Methodist Church for 54 years where she was a gifted quilter and participated actively in Bible studies. The family wishes to express deep gratitude to Adventa Hospice staff, especially Diane, for their special care. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery. on April 6, 2006.7
