Myrtis L. Criner was born at Snowville, Virginia, in 1875, and married to Taylor Iddings in 1902. She leaves besides her husband a mother, three sisters and two brothers to mourn her loss. The deceased was of a kind heart, of gentle and generous nature, which endeared her to all that knew her. The funeral occured from her late residence last Saturday afternoon, the services being conducted by Rev. Holmes of the Baptist church at Kent, of which she was a member. A large number of friends and neighbors gathered at the house and listened to the last sad rites paid to her memory. The sympathy of the entire community is extended to the bereaved husband and family. on September 20, 1907.3
