She is survived by her loving husband, Bernard Babcock, mother, Agatha Vest Austin of Check, brothers and sisters-in-law, James and Charlotte Austin, Dale and Patricia Austin; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Wednesday September 8, 2004 at 11 a.m. at Gardner Funeral Home with Pastor Dan Walker officiating. Interment will follow in Restvale Cemetery Copper Hill, Va. Friends may call after 6 p.m. Tuesday at Gardner Funeral Home where the family will be from 6 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations to be made to the American Cancer Society. on September 7, 2004.2

She enjoyed craftwork and flowers, but her greatest joy was her family. In addition to her parents, she is survived by two daughters, Lynne A. Bargar of Saegertown and Denise Andrews-Smith of Orion, Mich; three grandchildren, Joshua Bargar, Sarah Bargar and Ian Smith; one brother, C. Randy Teel Jr. of Oxford; two sisters, Shirley J. Wagner of Maryland and Barbara E. Charlton of Oxford; four nephews, Jason Teel, Brandon Wagner, Scott Charlton and Gary Charlton; two nieces, Jamie Teel and Kristy Hagy; one great-nephew, Nolan Hagy; and two great-nieces, Hannah Hagy and Madisyn Teel. She was preceded in death by a niece, Rachel Charlton. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 26, at Edward L. Collins Funeral Home Inc., 86 Pine St., Oxford, where family and friends may call from 9 to 11 a.m. Interment will be in Little Elk Friends Cemetery, Oxford. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Oxford Senior Center, 12 E. Locust St. Oxford, PA 19363. on June 24, 2010.2

Mr. Andrews retired from the U. S. Army as a Lieutenant Colonel in 1985 after 24 years of service. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He received the Meritorius Unit Commendation/Republic of Vietnam Cross of Gallantry with Palm and the Bronze Star Medal. Mr. Andrews was employed for the past 15 years by Pyle's Home and Supply, Avondale, PA. He was a member of the American Legion, Roy. W. Gibson, Post #535, Oxford. He was a volunteer at the Jennersville Regional Hospital, West Grove. He graduated from Penn State University, class of 1959 with a degree in Metallurgy. He received his Masters Degree in 1961 from Penn State University. Besides his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Lynne A. Bargar of Saegertown, Pa., and Denise Andrews – Smith of Orion, Mich; and two grandchildren, Joshua John Bargar and Sarah Lynne Bargar, both of Saegertown. Services were held on Sept. 27 at the Edward L. Collins Funeral Home, Inc. in Oxford. Interment was held at the Little Elk Friends Cemetery in Oxford. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the Jennersville Regional Hospital Hospice, 2217 Baltimore Pike, Oxford, PA 19363 or the American Cancer Society, 428 Exton Commons, Exton, PA 19341.3 He was born on October 27, 1937 at Streator, LaSalle Co., Illinois.3,4 He died on September 25, 2002 at Oxford, Chester Co., Pennsylvania, at age 64.3,4

She is also preceded in death by her brother, David Lon and wife, Eileen Scott and nephew, Jay Scott. Vicki was a 1963 graduate of Blacksburg High School. She had an avid love of antiquing and flea marketing where she made many friends while on the hunt for those treasures to sell in her booth. Vicki had a favorite cat, Tom, who lived to the age of twenty with her loving care of him. Vicki's love of animals led her to caring for feral cats in her neighborhood for many years. Vicki was a member of Blacksburg Christian Church, Blacksburg, Virginia whose minister and congregation was there for her in her time of need. A graveside service will be held at the Scott-Albert Cemetery, McCoy, Virginia.2 She was born on May 30, 1945 at Montgomery Co., Virginia.2,4 She died on February 26, 2023 at Blacksburg, Virginia, at age 77.2
