Funeral service will be 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 23, at Elk Funeral Home, 2001 Pennsylvania Ave., Charleston, with the Rev. Fairley McCormick officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Spring Hill Cemetery, Charleston. Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Born January 6, 1917, in Shady Spring, she was the daughter of the late Edward J. and Flora Bell Rakes Bibb. She was a graduate of Shady Spring High School class of 1934. Hazel graduated from Beckley College with a business associates degree. She was a member of the National Association of Federal Employees and was retired from the United States Postal Service with 34 years as post master at Shady Spring. She was a member of the Open Door Church in Shady Spring. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, John Brewer Clark and Earl Lacy Williams; daughter, Constance Kay Crook; brothers: L.J. and Clarence Bibb; and sisters: Sallie Griffith, Edith Massie and Leona Smith. Survivors include her son, John F. "Rick" Clark and wife Jeneva of Shady Spring, son-in-law, Brice Crook of White Oak, grandsons: Douglas and Gregory Crook of Jumping Branch, Michael Clark and wife Rhonda of Princeton, granddaughters: Robin Browning and husband Greg of White Oak and Lori Norman and husband Mikie of Flat Top, great-grandsons: Shawn Crook and wife Cherish of Jumping Branch, Justin Crook serving in the U.S. Army at Ft. Knox, Ky., Sloan Norman of Flat Top and Jonathan Clark of Princeton, great-granddaughters Miranda Norman of Flat Top, Kirsten Browning of White Oak and Brittany Cook and husband Stephen of Huntington, WV, also two great-great-grandsons: Kaydon and Kase, and a special friend, Ann Donaldson, whom she loved as a sister. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 20, 2010, in the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. George Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Calfee Cemetery at Mt. Tabor. Friends may call at the funeral home from 12 p.m. until time of service on Sunday. Pallbearers will be Douglas Crook, Gregory Crook, Michael Clark, Mikie Norman, Greg Browning and Shawn Crook. Walter Garnet "Buddy" Hudnall Jr. died on July 19, 2012 at West Virginia at age 59.3 He Walter G. "Buddy" Hudnall Jr., 59, of Dunbar, went to be with the Lord on July 19, 2012. He was born November 19, 1952, in Charleston, to the late Walter Garnet Hudnall Sr. and Golda Bradshaw Hudnall. His sisters, Margaret Tyler and Nellie Don Hudnall, also preceded him in death. He was a graduate of Stonewall Jackson High School class of 1970, and received a bachelor's of education from West Virginia State College in 1974. Buddy was the owner of Jackson Hewitt Tax Services (formerly Dan Tax). He was an avid fisherman who enjoyed being on Lake Erie, walleye fishing with his family, and was a dedicated Cincinnati Reds fan. He was a wonderful father and grandfather. Buddy is survived by his loving family, daughter, Angie (Jeff) Raines of St. Albans; granddaughters, Kaitlyn and Lexi; Angie's mother, Donna Simpkins; sisters, Jane Johnson of Charleston and Carolyn Fisher (Gary) of Poca; brothers, Jack (Anita) Hudnall of Hurricane; and numerous nephews and nieces. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 24, at Elk Funeral Home, 2001 Pennsylvania Ave., Charleston, with Pastor Rick Carey officiating. Burial will follow in Graceland Memorial Park, South Charleston. on July 23, 2012.3

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Isabelle Walton; three daughters, Mrs. Minnie Cordell, at home, Mrs. Emerson Salisbury of Charleston and Mrs. Earl Rogow of North Tonawanda, N.Y; two sons. L. J Walton of Charleston and E. R. Walton of Chelyan; two brothers, Jerry and Sherman Walton, both of Wilmar, Cal; and four sisters, Mrs. E. L. Johnson of Pratt, Mrs. Alice Hansford, Mrs. John Ombler of Huntington and Mrs. Julia Pennington of Charleston. The body is at Long, Johnson and Fisher Mortuary. on March 2, 1951.3
