     Nora Victoria Underwood Nora V. Surface, 89, of Left Hand, died Monday, January 7, 2019, at home, after an extended illness. She was born March 27, 1929, at Logan, the daughter of the late Raymond and Maye Tabor Underwood. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Nathan M. Surface; son, Samuel Charles Surface; and brother, Paul Underwood. Mrs. Surface was a retired bookkeeper. Survivors include sons, Dr. Robert R. (Lidia) Surface and David M.
