McQuiston retired in 1971 from Continental Steel Corp. He was a member of Oakford Separate Baptist Church. Surviving are a son, LaVern McQuiston of Marion; two daughters, Phyllis Croyle of Kokomo and Mary Ann Mossholder of Lakeland, Fla; five brothers, Herbert, Charles, Robert and Richard McQuiston, all of Kokomo, and Kenneth McQuiston of Goldsmith; three sisters, Margaret Jones of Logansport, Catherine Long of Indianapolis and Mildred Arnold of Robertsdae, Ala; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She lived in Goldsmith from 1962 until 1996, and from 1996 to 2002, she lived on East Boulevard in Kokomo. She is survived by two daughters, Juanita M. Rouse, and Linda L. Smith and husband, DeWayne, all of Kokomo; Sheryl Bunch and husband, James, of Kokomo; Laurie Wampler and husband, Norm, of Kokomo; Christine Johnson and husband, Larry, of Kokomo; James Allen Morse and wife, Lanelle, of Kokomo; Donald Ray Weaver Jr., of Lancaster, Calif; five grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husbands; one son, Donald R. Weaver; one grandson, Jerry Wheeler; and two sisters. Services are 10 a.m. Thursday at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home, Lincoln Road Chapel, 1315 W. Lincoln Road. Pastor Mike Dominick will officiate. Burial will follow in Kempton Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice. on March 16, 2005.1

Evelyn was a member of Hillside Wesleyan Methodist Church where she loved teaching Sunday School. Evelyn was also a talented artist and musician. Survivors include one son Michael (Marilyn) Bobo and one daughter Sondra Deeter, both of Marion, five grandchildren Angela Bobo, Aaron Bobo, Terry Deeter, Troy Deeter and Todd Deeter, several great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Two grandchildren Tony Deeter and Tracy Bobo preceded her in death. Survivors include the widow, Lena; four daughters, Mrs. Earlville Harris, Parker and Mrs. Lucile Stephens and Mrs. Mildred McKinney, Marion; three sons, William R., Leonard L., and Howard M., all of Marion; one brother, George W., Long Beach, Calif; two sisters, Mrs. Ella Haynes, Landess, and Mrs. Millie Batchelor, Marion; 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. on November 18, 1957.8

She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl; a daughter, Marguerite Chaplin; four sisters; and three brothers. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Larrison-Martin Duncan Funeral Home, 308 E. Marion St., Converse, with the Rev. Steven McPeek officiating. Burial will be in Grant Memorial Park cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. on October 21, 1999.4
