     William Alfred "Bill" Prillaman was buried at Antioch Church of the Brethren Cemetery, 2996 Callaway Road, Rocky Mount, Franklin Co., Virginia.² His Social Security Number was 227-18-7061.⁴ He was born on February 10, 1902.⁴ He married Mary Elizabeth Cannaday, daughter of William Hansford Cannaday and Lillian E. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday in Lynch Chapel by the Rev. Christine Payden-Travers and the Rev. A. Dave Snead. Interment will follow in the Antioch Church of the Brethren Cemetery. Friends may call at Lynch Funeral Home, Rocky Mount, after 12:00 noon Sunday where the family will be from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on June 23, 1991.²

Martin was born on July 3, 1923 at Virginia.^1,4 She died on June 24, 2010 at Virginia at age 86.^3,4 She Alice M. Hogan, 86, of Roanoke, Va., went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 24, 2010. She was a long-time member of the Hollins Road Baptist Church. She had a great love of the mountains and wildlife. She was a friend to all she met. Alice is preceded in death by her husband, Cecil James Hogan; and her parents, Walter and Lula Mae Martin. Surviving are daughters, Florence Hogan Scott and husband, Robert, of Roanoke County, Leane Hogan Black, of Roanoke, and Celia Hogan Hammond, of Vancouver, Wash; grandchildren, Krystle Anne Black, Matthew Scott, Jessica Scott and Lisa Hammond; great-grandson, Cameron Scott; and good friends, Sara Steahly and family and MJ Looney. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the L.O.A., P.O. Box 14205, Roanoke, Va. 240384205. A Memorial Funeral Service will be held 2 p.m. on Friday, July 2, 2010, at Hollins Road Baptist Church with the Rev. Mark Washington officiating.      James Demorse Martin was buried at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, 5737 Airport Road NW, Roanoke, Virginia.³ He was born circa February, 1930 at Roanoke Co., Virginia.¹ He died on February 9, 2014 at Virginia.³ He James Demorse Martin, 84, of Roanoke, passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2014. He was a Disabled American Veteran having served in the United States Army during the Korean War. Professionally, he drove limousines and taxicabs for many years. He was a loving uncle to a nephew and many nieces. Preceding him in death were his parents, Walter and LuLu Martin. His surviving family includes his nephew, Gary Martin and wife, Rose; nieces, Vickie Montoro, Leane Black and husband, Michael, Florence Scott and husband, Robert, and Celia Hammond; four great-nieces, Katherine Ferguson, Krystle Black, Lisa Hammond, and Jessica Scott; great-nephew, Matthew Scott; and very close friend, Jane Sluss. A period of visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2014, from 1 to 2 p.m. in the John M. Oakey & Son Chapel in Salem. A Funeral Service celebrating his life will then begin at 2 p.m. with Chaplain Dave Vanderpool officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens in Roanoke. on February 11, 2014.³

     Minnie M. Robertson was buried at Vest Cemetery, 432 Cypress Drive SE, Floyd Co., Virginia.² She was born on July 28, 1898 at Virginia.^1,2 As of November 14, 1920,her married name was Akers.¹ She married Archer Lee "Archie" Akers, son of DeMorse B. "Demoss" Akers and Landonia F. Cannaday, on November 14, 1920.¹ Minnie M. Robertson died on November 14, 1970 at age 72.²
