     Doris Elizabeth Percell Doris Elizabeth Percell Stanley, 80, of Vinton, Va., went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 1, 2019. She will be remembered for her sweet, loving kind and beautiful soul. Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Houston Stanley; parents, Bernie and Till Percell; sister, Brenda Crouse; and stepdaughter, Karla Stanley. She is survived by her children, Steve Myers (Valerie), Vickie Carlisle (Allan), Debbie Viar (Jeff Burgess), and David Myers (Hillary); stepdaughters, Kathy Hill (Steve), Kim Stanley, and Karen Chewning (Jeff); six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; sisters, Shirley Fairtrace (Sonney), Joyce Guilliams (Tommy), and Wanda West (Gene); numerous nieces and nephews; special friends, Zeke, Wilma, Cathy; and the Red Hat Ladies.Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Park.² She was buried at Sherwood Burial Park, 1045 Lynchburg Turnpike, Salem, Roanoke Co., Virginia.² She was born on August 26, 1939 at Jonesboro, Maury Co., Tennessee.^1,3 As of May 10, 1956,her married name was Myers.¹ She married Homer Lewis Myers, son of Archibald Sizer Spiller "Arch" Myers and Beulah Cornelia Broughman, on May 10, 1956 at Roanoke, Virginia.¹ Doris Elizabeth Percell and Homer Lewis Myers were divorced on May 18, 1971 at Roanoke, Virginia.³ Doris Elizabeth Percell died on October 1, 2019 at Virginia at age 80.²

     Donald Wray Myers was buried at Mountain View Cemetery, 1300 Mountain View Road, Vinton, Roanoke Co., Virginia.^1,2,3 He was born on May 2, 1966 at Roanoke, Virginia.^1,2,3,4 He died on May 4, 1966 at Roanoke, Virginia.^1,2 He Donald Wray Myers, 2-day-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph C. Myers of 2612 Chatham St., NW, died Wednesday in Roanoke hospital. Also surviving are his grandparents, Mrs. Ruby Vernon and P. B. Carter, Roanoke; Mrs. Beulah Gibson and Arch Myers, Buchanan. Graveside service will be at Mountain View. on May 5, 1966.³
