Laura Mabel Chatham was buried at Reynoldsville Cemetery, Reynoldsville, Jefferson Co., Pennsylvania.3,5 She was born on May 31, 1881 at West Keating Township, Clinton Co., Pennsylvania.3,4,5 As of January 2, 1902,her married name was Eufer.2 She married Harry Frederick Eufer on January 2, 1902 at Hopkins, Clinton Co., Pennsylvania.2,4,5 Laura Mabel Chatham At 8:30 o'clock Thursday evening, Jananuary 2nd, the home of Mr. and Mrs. John W. Chatham at Hopkins, Pa., was gathered a few relatives, when the ceremony took place signalizing the union in marriage of their daughter, Laura Mabel, and Harry Eufer, son of Mr. and Mrs. John. Eufer, of this city. In its utter simplicty the ceremony was pretty and impressive. The bride and groom, attended by Miss Lizzie Chatham, sister of the bride, and E. L. Manee, of Potter's Mills, took their places and responded to the all-important questions as prepared by the Rev. Renn, pastor of the Methodist church, Reynoldsville, who pronounced them man and wife. After the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Eufer received the hearty congratulations of their assembled kinfolk. Then tables were spread and all gave attention to a fine collation. This move on the part of the couple was a surprise to their many friends in and about Hopkins, as they were on their honeymoon tour before they knew what had happened. They arrived in this city at noon yesterday and are quartered at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. John Eufer, East Main street. Mr. Harry Eufer holds a position at the Hopkins saw mill. He formerly resided here and his goal qualities as a young man are excellent promise as a faithful husband are well recognized by his large coterie of friends. His bride is a lady altogether worthy of the esteem in which she is held. She will be a loving and devoted helpmate, as she as she has been a dutiful daughter and true friend. on January 4, 1902.2 She died on April 11, 1913 at Reynoldsville, Jefferson Co., Pennsylvania, at age 31.3,5 She Mrs. Mabel Chatahm Eufer, widow of the late Harry F. Eufer, passed away at the residence of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Chatham, on Main street, Reynoldsville, Pa., April 11th, 1913, at 10:40 a.m. She was 31 years, 10 months and 11 days old. Mrs. Eufer was born in Clinton Co., Pa., but came to Reynoldsville 12 years ago. She was well known throughout Clinton, Clearfield and Jefferson counties. Her death will be regretted by all that knew her. She was a patient sufferer for a long time and was ready and willing to go. Interment was made in the Reynoldsville cemetery. Her husband preceded her to the grave less than two years ago. The following mourn her demise: Two sons, Paul Eufer, who reside with his grandparents, and Albert Euler, of Girard College, Philadelphia, her father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Chatham, of Reynoldsville, Pa., three sisters, Mrs. E. L. Maines, of Ossining, N.Y., Mrs. C. J. McCorkle, of Rochester, N.Y., Mrs. E. M. Henderson, or Yeagerstown, Pa., and one brother, H. R. Chatham, of Rochester, N.Y., all of whom, excepting her son, Albert, were at her bedside when the end came. on April 16, 1913.6
