Lane; daughter, Stephanie Martin; brother, Barry Bass; grandsons, Jacob Lane Martin and Wyatt Finley Martin. Joyce loved to spend time with her grandsons more than anything. She was revived by their presence and enjoyed watching them grow. Joyce was awesome. The interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. on February 28, 2011.³

     Debra Gaye Goodman Debra G. Kolbet, Sep 11, 1958 - Apr 12, 2017. Debra Kolbet, 58, of Scottsdale, Arizona, passed away on April 12, 2017. Debra was born in Richlands, Virginia. She is survived by her husband David, of 28 years, her son Evan, her mother Gaynelle Wakely, her father James Goodman, her sister Stephanie Roberts, and dedicated canine companion, Mocha. Debra was a dedicated, well-loved mother, friend, and school teacher. She enjoyed Tai Chi/Qigong, glass working, bead and jewelry making, and quilting with so many wonderful friends. Debra was an involved mother who volunteered countless hours to the Boy Scout Troop 603 in Cave Creek, Arizona, the Cactus Shadows High School Marching Band, and church ministries. In addition to the many crafts and hobbies, she also enjoyed cooking, hiking, agility, and traveling here and abroad.³ She was born on September 11, 1958 at Richlands, Tazewell Co., Virginia.^1,2,4,3 As of April 7, 1978,her married name was Bass.¹ She married Barry Wilson Bass, son of Earlie Wilson Bass and Lois Arellia/Arillia Hedrick, on April 7, 1978 at Roanoke, Virginia.¹ Debra Gaye Goodman and Barry Wilson Bass were divorced on February 24, 1983 at Roanoke, Virginia.² Debra Gaye Goodman died on April 12, 2017 at Arizona at age 58.³

     Kathy Lynn Noble Kathy L. Noble Hedrick Myers was born on June 4, 1959 in Roanoke, Va. She passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at age 56 with her family by her side. She is now at peace and with the Lord. She had fought breast cancer for three years. She was a long time employee of Carter Bank and Trust Bank in Vinton. She was preceded in death by her father, Dean E. Noble, Sr. She is survived by her husband, Brent L. Myers, of Vinton; her mother, Betty B. Noble, of Vinton; her son, Brent H. Hedrick and wife, Katrina, of Vinton; her daughter, Ashley Hedrick Tolley and husband, Kevin, of Roanoke; four grandchildren, Alexis, Jayden, Kylee and Kadence; two brothers, Dean E. Noble, Jr. and wife, Sandra, of High Point, N.C., Dennis R. Noble and wife, Kathie, of Moneta; one sister, Vickie Noble Witt, of Vi nton; one sister-in-law, Cindy Smith and her husband, Ray and their son, R.J., of Vinton; also three nephews and several aunts, uncles and cousins.      John Harless Reynolds John Harless "Jack" Reynolds, Sep 9, 1941 - Mar 29, 2019. It is with great sadness we announce the passing of John H. Reynolds at the Washington Hospital Center on Friday, March 29, 2019 at the age of 77. He joins his parents, John “Jack” and Edna “Polly” Reynolds, his sister Martha “Skip” Rose, and his brother Richard Reynolds in a warm family reunion in the afterlife. Better known as “Jack” to his wife, brothers, and friends, “Dad” to his kids, and “B-Dad” to his grandchildren and great-grandson, he has left a legacy of how to be an ordinary guy and do it extraordinarily well. He loved his family above all other things and never turned down the opportunity to spend time with them. He took great pride and joy in being a fixer and maker of things, spending hours out in his wood shop and emerging with something beautiful. He fixed items that were broken and restored beauty to others that had lost their shine. He then gave those things away to those he loved, and recipients are blessed to be surrounded by the fruits of his labor of love that will live on in his absence. Jack spent over 40 years as a pressman at the McArdle Printing Company, working alongside his brothers, son, son-in-law, nephew and friends. Upon retirement he landed a fifteen-year-plus dream job in the Office of Land Records for St. Mary’s County, as the token male in an office full of smart, talented women whom he adored. A Hall of Fame athlete himself and a native of Washington DC, he loved DC sports and considered himself very fortunate to have seen his Redskins win a few Super Bowls and his Capitals finally lift the Stanley Cup. Family members know that he will be using his position in the afterlife to help his beloved Nationals achieve success as well. When the Nats get there, we will all say “Thanks Dad.” He will forever be loved and missed by his wife of over 52 years, Gayle, and his children Stacy (and husband Bill) Oosterink, and Jack (and wife Susannah) Reynolds. His grandchildren, Ashley, Kylie, Maddie, Bradley, Abigail, Lyndsey, Samantha, and Jimmy, and his great-grandson Jake could never have asked for a better “B-Dad.” He was the much loved older brother to Tommy (and wife Bonnie), Gary (and wife Bobbe), and Eddie Reynolds, and he will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many good friends.² He was born on September 9, 1941 at Washington, D.C..^1,2 He married Teresa Gayle McAlister on August 13, 1966 at Hannah, Florence Co., South Carolina.⁴ John Harless Reynolds died on March 29, 2019 at Washington, D.C., at age 77.²
