This was the name given to her by her great-grandson, Chase Kincer, who at two years old struggled to understand why she was always falling and had so many BOO BOOS. From that point on he called her BOO BOO and so did everyone else! Diane Gallagher and Steven Poff, very special niece and nephew, were devoted in their visiting Florence. In July 2004, Springtree Health & Rehabilitation Facility became her new home after a long battle with health issues. In May 2005, they held the first Miss Springtree Pageant when she was crowned MISS SPRINGTREE. It was an honor of which she was very proud!!
