She married Samuel Ernest Jackson on June 13, 1923, at Burlington, Colo. They lived in Colorado until moving to Idaho in 1950. They lived in the Boise and Nampa area until 1976. Her husband died Dec. 7, 1976. She was known to everyone as "Grama Jackson." She is survived by two daughters, Evelyn (Mrs. Don) Bennett of Kuna, and Betty (Mrs. Lee) Morrow of Fraser, Colo; four sisters, Bertha Hill of Grandby, Colo., Hattie Anderson and Tillie Packer, both of Denver, and Rillie Shannon of Sedalia, Mo; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister, a brother and an infant son. on December 9, 1976.3

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 8, 2005 at the Calvary Baptist Church, Floyd, with Rev. Graham Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow at the Willis Cemetery with Military Honors by Floyd VFW Post # 7854 and American Legion Post # 127. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, January 7, 2005 at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel, Floyd. Flowers will be appreciated or you may make a donation to the Polycystic Kidney Disease Foundation at 9221 Ward Parkway, Suite 400, Kansas City, Mo. 64114 or the Calvary Baptist Church Building Fund. on January 6, 2005.1
