She leaves to cherish her memory her sons and daughters-in-law, Wilford and Mabel Harris of Roanoke, Va. and Dillard and Estalene Harris of Glen Burnie, Md; daughter, Renva Wilson of Roanoke, Va; eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; eight great great-grandchildren; sister, Ocie Ratliff of Salem, Va; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday June 9, 2007 at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel, Floyd, with the Rev. Patrick Starkey and Mr. Randel Harris officiating. Interment will follow at Topeco Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Maberry Funeral Home. The family would like to express a special thanks to the staff of the Berkshire Health Care Center. Flowers will be appreciated or donations may be made to Ninth Street Church of the Brethren, 1103 9th Street SE, Roanoke, VA 24013 or Garden City Baptist Church, 3536 Garden City Blvd. SE, Roanoke, VA 24014. on June 7, 2007.2

He was a veteran of the Korean War, where he served on the USS Casa Grande LSD-13. He drove tractor-trailers for years and finally retired from the maintenance department at Roanoke Valley Psychiatric Center of Salem. Interment will follow in Daleville Cemetery. on December 17, 2015.3
