He was a yard conductor for the Chesapeake & Ohio Railway, for which he had worked 47 years, and was a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Conductors. He belonged to St. James Methodist Church, Riverville. Mr. Taylor is survived by his wife, Mrs. Nettie Blanche Taylor, and the following children; Claude Anderson Taylor, Joseph Edwin Taylor, William Berkley Taylor and Miss Dimple Taylor of Allen's Creek, Mrs. W. L. Ganzert and Mrs. A. B. Cornell Jr., of Richmond, Mrs. M. B. Miller of Gladstone and Mrs. George Shefeltt of Washington. The following brothers and sisters also survive; Wilburn Taylor and T. A.
