She was born December 10, 1928 in Carroll County, Va., the daughter of Charlie Lafayette Tolbert and Sarah Nettie Marshall Tolbert. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Everett Hall of Christiansburg; sons, Eddie Wayne Hall and wife, Donna, of Christiansburg, Larry Wade Hall and wife, Melva Ann, of Christiansburg, and Charles Benjamin Hall and wife, Cathy, of Pilot; one brother, James E. Tolbert and wife, Nancy Marie, of Boones Mill; three grandchildren, Mary Jeanette Hall, Walter Wilson Hall, and Sarah Nicole Hall; three step grandchildren, Michelle Johnson, Jenna Carroll, and Josh Kozar; and four great grandchildren.
