She was also a member of the Altar Guild. She was a Grey Lady at Bothwell Hospital and served on the board of directors of the Ladies Auxiliary. Mrs. Lange was also a member of the Sedalia Garden Hub, the Stephens Club and Sorosis. She was also active in many other civic affairs. Mrs Lange's husband was chairman of the board of directors of Bothwell Memorial Hospital for 26 years. Mrs Lange was preceded in death by her father, Dr. Guy Titsworth. who died in 1951. Surviving Mrs. Lange, besides her husband, are her mother, Mrs. Hazel Simpson, 233 South Moniteau; a son, Fred G. Lange, Atchison, Kan; one daughter, Lou Anne Lange, Cambridge, Mass; and three grandchildren, Heather, Michelle and Jennifer Lange, all of Atchison. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Calvary Episcopal Church with the Rev. William E. Lusk, pastor, officiating. Mrs. James Atkinson will be organist and Mrs. Robert Seelen, soloist. Active pallbearers will be Arthur Morgan Robert Gardner, Edward Weller Jr., Henry Salveter, Robert Zink Sr., and George Lockett. Honorary pallbearers will be Gentry Patterson, Dr. C. Gordon Stauffacher, William Schien, Ray Jiedel, Don Feeback, Peter Daniels and Dr A.L. Walter. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery. on August 12, 1973.¹
