Bob was born November 29, 1936, in Conard, WV, to the late Lacy Neely, and Clara Ingles Jones. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Polly Poff Neely of 60-plus years. Those left to cherish his memory include his two daughters, Donna Hodge and husband Ron Hodge of Oak Hill, and Denyse Flint and husband Rick Flint of Fayetteville; granddaughter Heather Hewitt of Oak Hill; family members, and friends. Bob was best known for his work at the City of Oak Hill where he received awards for patrolling the school zones and helping the children and teachers. He will be sadly missed by all. Prior to that he worked for Long-Airdox Company in Oak Hill.      Elsie Marie Poff Elsie M. Ketchem, age 78, a resident of Mansfield Place and a former resident of Chestnut St. Philippi passed away Wednesday January 2, 2019. Elsie was born January 9, 1940 in Oakhill, WV, a daughter of the late Raymond and Louise (Epperly) Poff. Elsie was twice married first to her former husband, Edwin H. Holbert who survives and secondly to William Ketchem who survives. Also surviving four children, Dawn Carey and husband, Mark, Sherri Hixson, Scott Holbert and Edwin Holbert Jr; six sisters, Linda Johnson, Vicki Morris, Barbara Myers, Sherry Davis, Joetta Armstrong and Ruth Delozier; two brothers, Richard Poff and Donnie Poff and wife, Gloria; six grandchildren, Chelsea Sturm, Mark Carey II, Stephanie Hixson, Courtney Holbert, Haleigh Hixson and Marissa Carey and three great-grandchildren, Izabella Martinez, Izaac Nevins and Makenna Carey. Elsie was a homemaker and had also worked in the Coal Mines for Kitt Energy. She loved tending to her flower gardens, enjoyed watching the WVU Mountaineers, listening to country music, and was a NASCAR fan, always cheering on her favorite drive Dale Earnhardt.⁴ Her married name was Holbert.⁴ Her married name was Ketchum.² She married William "Bill" Ketchum.^2,4 Elsie Marie Poff married Edwin Hugh Holbert.⁴ Elsie Marie Poff was born on January 9, 1940 at Concho, Fayette Co., West Virginia.^3,4 She died on January 2, 2019 at West Virginia at age 78.⁴

     Ruth Virginia Poff Ruth DeLozier, May 30, 1949 - February 11, 2021. Ruth DeLozier, age 71, of Columbus, OH, passed in peace on February 11, 2021. Ruth retired from Riverside Methodist Hospital where she worked as a Technician in the Intensive Care Unit. Ruth is preceded in death by her husband, Robert DeLozier; her parents, Raymond and Louise Poff; and several brothers and sisters. Ruth is survived by her sons, Richard (Aurora) DeLozier, and Rodger DeLozier; granddaughters, Layla DeLozier and Raylin Delozier; sisters, Barb Meyers and Vicki (James) Morris; nephews, Keith Meyers and Chris Morris; nieces, Kim Sammons and Michelle Morris; and many more nieces and nephews.      Robert Ronald DeLozier was buried at Blendon Central Cemetery, Westerville, Franklin Co., Ohio.⁵ He was born on March 27, 1937 at Ohio.⁴ He married Ruth Virginia Poff, daughter of Raymond Samuel Poff and Louise Ida Epperly, on February 27, 1970 at Franklin Co., Ohio.^1,2,6 Robert Ronald DeLozier died on December 29, 2012 at Columbus, Franklin Co., Ohio, at age 75.^4,5 He Robert R. DeLozier, 75 of Columbus, passed away Saturday, December 29, 2012 at his home. Robert was retired from the State of Ohio, Department of Agriculture, and was U.S. Navy Veteran serving during the Vietnam Era. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Ellen DeLozier, son Robert, and brothers and sisters. His survivors include his wife of 42 years, Ruth; children, Richard and Rodger; granddaughter, Layla; and many nieces and nephews, including a special niece, Kimberly. Interment will follow in the Page Cemetery in Snowville. She was a life time member of the New Life Temple where she taught Sunday School for 60 years of continuous service. She was retired from Tultex. Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Karleen and Jim Page of Christiansburg; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Linda Evans of Thaxton; son Rick Evans of Roanoke; 13 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brothers Frank Radford and wife Liz, Don Radford and wife June, all of Roanoke; sisters Shirley Butler and husband Henry of Richmond, Velma Campbell and husband John of Las Vegas, Nev; also a number of nieces and nephews. Interment will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. on January 29, 2006.³

Robertson all of Englewood, Fla; three sisters, Atheline Evans of Roanoke, Shirley Butler of Richmond and Velma Campbell of Ft. Myers, Fla; two brothers, Frank Radford and Donald Radford both of Roanoke; 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 12 noon on Saturday, April 9, 2005, at Oakey's North Chapel. The Rev. Walter Wood and Pastor Jason Forehand will officiate. Interment will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday at Oakey's North Chapel, 362-1237. on April 8, 2005.²
