Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Monday, October 4, 2004 at Oakey's North Chapel with Minister John Graybill officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Burial Park. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. L. Gearheart, Buena Vista, Va; and three sisters, Mrs. Sallie King, Salem, Va; Mrs. Nettie West, Christiansburg, Va; and Mrs. Minnie Woods, Salem, Va. Also surviving are 20 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Mrs. King was born in Floyd County, Va. on March 10, 1948.6
