Boggs of Beckley, Eva Jane Epperly of Fayetteville and Sherry Feazell Key of Laurel, Md; his mother-in-law, Lillie Hubbard of Prosperity; two grandchildren, Melissa and Ashley Jones, and two aunts, Callie Lester and Mary Plumley, both of Beckley. Services will be 1 p.m. today at Blue Ridge Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Lawrence officiating. Burial will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Beckley. Friends may call one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be David Bradshaw, Daniel Lipps, Michael, Timothy and Zane Self and Robert Gillispie. on February 17, 1995.4

During his career, he served in Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the former Soviet Union. A collector of West Virginia coal scrip and other assorted tokens, he wrote 53 articles for Token Talk, a token collectors magazine. Survivors include his wife, Kristina, at home; two sons, Mark and Shannon, both of Laurel, Md; two sisters, Gail Tincher of Fayetteville, W.V., and Juanita Dancy of Oak Hill, W.V; two brothers, Fred of Clifton Forge, Va., and Carl W. "Buddy" of Hillsville, Va; two grandchildren; and his special companion, Heidi, a 4-year old dachshund. There will be no service. His body will be cremated and the ashes scattered at Harris Beach State Park in Oregon in July. on June 27, 2004.5

Born on October 4, 1934 at Glen Rogers, WV, she was the daughter of the late William Hubbard and Lillie Eva Meadows Hubbard. Mrs. McNeill was a former resident and restaurant employee in Cleveland, Ohio, and was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy in Charleston, WV. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and had made her home in Charleston for the past fifteen years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter F. McNeill, a brother Oscar Hubbard, and by sisters, Lillian J. Legg, Pauline Kenzer and Ruth Mildred Smith. Survivors include her sisters, Mary Louise Bradshaw of Beckley, Glenna August of Prosperity and Betty Ann Clay of Beckley. A brother, Lewis Hubbard of South Carolina. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel in Beckley on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at noon with Pastor Carolyn Sue Cook officiating.
