She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Ronald Chaplin; and brother, Harold "Red" Stortzum. Anita was a homemaker. She was a member of the Tuscola Moose Lodge. She loved to cook. Anita and Arnold moved back to Tuscola in April 2010 after residing in Russellville, Ark., for 18 years. on August 20, 2012.2
