Burial will be in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans with military honors. on September 13, 2015.⁵

     Patsy Carol McGlothlin Patsy Carol Vineyard, 80, of Left Hand, died Friday, October 15, 2021, at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, after a short illness. She was born May 22, 1941 at Parkersburg, the daughter of the late Daniel J. “Duke” and Osva O. Elmore McGlothlin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Darren Kirk Vineyard. Patsy was a homemaker. She was a member of the Henry’s Fork Baptist Church, Tariff. Her pastime was reading and spending time with family. Survivors include her husband of 62 years, David K. Vineyard, whom she married October 4, 1959; son, David K. Vineyard, II of Newton; daughters and sons-in-law, Deidre and Ted Wise of Mineral Wells and Traci and Stacey Lesher also of Mineral Wells; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Betty Jo and Bill Pittman of Hanover, Va.      Billy Ray Elmore was born on September 4, 1938 at Tariff, Roane Co., West Virginia.^1,2 He married Dixie Lee Ellison on October 10, 1957 at Spencer, Roane Co., West Virginia.^1,2 Billy Ray Elmore died on February 21, 2021 at Washington, Wood Co., West Virginia, at age 82.² He Billy Ray Elmore, 82, of Washington, WV passed away February 21, 2021 at his residence. He was born on September 4, 1938 and was the son of the late Donald Albert and Beulah Frances Ellis Elmore. Billy graduated from Spencer High School Class of 1956 and then he married the love of his life, Dixie Lee Elmore, on October 10, 1957. Billy proudly served our country in the US Air Force. He went on to work at Marbon, Borg Warner and retired from GE. Surviving Billy is his wife of 63 years, Dixie Lee Elmore, three children, Valerie Lee Laughlin of Grove City, Ohio, Anthony J. Elmore (Ann) US Air Force of Washington WV, and SFC Kelly J. Elmore (Erica), US Army Retired, Explosive Ordnance Disposal, of Washington, WV, five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and one sister, Joyce J. Bailey (Randall). A private cremation will take place at Mid-Ohio Valley Cremation Society. on February 23, 2021.²
