She enjoyed dancing, playing cards, listening to country music and watching soap operas. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grand children, family and friends. Survivors are her daughters, Harriet & Thomas Cowan, Leona and Rick Parrish and a son, Alfred & Janet Radford, II all of Battle Creek. Also surviving are seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by six brothers, Paul, Dale, Dewayne, Claire, Donald and Junior Dilsaver; four sisters, Grace Gillespie, Hazel Weakley, Leona Bagnall and Pauline Peterson. Burial will be at Fort Custer National Cemetery. on July 6, 2002.4

Radford, 38, will be conducted this afternoon. Radford, a motorman in the Stotesbury mine of the Hoppers Coal company, was fatally injured yesterday while at work. He was rushed to a local hospital after being removed from the mine, and died five minutes after being admitted. It was thought that he had been caught in a slate fall. Pallbearers will be Lacy Cook, Bill Cook, John Mills, Lyonis Cook, Woodrow Healey and Roy Stump. Radford is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mollie Radford; five children, Lucile, Luther, jr., Marie, Ronald and Harry Radford; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. I. Radford, and one brother, D. A. Radford of Itmann. on December 11, 1938.6

William Knight was buried at Island Creek Cemetery, Toronto, Jefferson Co., Ohio.3 He William Knight, born on June 3, 1956, peacefully passed away at home on July 4, 2025. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Archie R. Knight and Evelyn V. Knight. William is survived by his two daughters, Rachel (Craig) Hagenbaugh and Andrea (Curtis) Trimble, as well as his cherished grandchildren, Elisa, Vince, Cameron, and Carissa. He is also remembered by his four brothers, Larry (Lisa) Knight, Tom Knight, John (Marcy) Knight, and Jim (Juli) Knight, along with his sister Janet (David) Kenny. A dedicated professional, William spent 25 years at United Airlines as a security and maintenance supervisor in California. After retiring, he returned to his hometown of Steubenville, where he continued his career in a supervisory role at Ball Inc. As a devoted father, William actively supported his daughters' school activities and worked tirelessly to provide for his family. He was an ambitious lifelong learner, acquiring numerous skills that made him exceptionally handy and creative, with a passion for painting, drawing, and music. William was an amazing drummer who brought joy to those around him with his musical talent. An avid football fan, William enjoyed cheering for the Steubenville Big Red and Ohio State University. He found joy and companionship in his loyal pets, Maddie and Jax. William Knight will be remembered for his strong character, dedication to family, and the positive impact he made on those around him. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. The family extends heartfelt gratitude to Iris and Lupita for their unconditional love and support. William's burial, in the Island Creek Cemetery, will be held at the convenience of his family.3 He was born on June 3, 1956 at Ohio.3,4 He died on July 4, 2025 at Ohio at age 69.3
