Surviving his passing are his daughters and their spouses, Joy and Steve Pickett, Charlottesville, Dawn and Mark Campbell, Roanoke, Yvette Jones and Allen Flora; five grandchildren, Tony Campbell, Erica Campbell, Amy Campbell, Brandon Jones and Emma Jones; special companion, Sandy Dalton, Roanoke; two sisters-in-law, Hazel Jones, Roanoke, Florence Jones, Roanoke; an extra special cousin, Norman Jones; nieces, nephews and extended family and the special friends and neighbors in Garden City. She was 85. Born in Newhall, West Virginia, in 1926 to her parents Lewis Belcher and Paralee Conner Belcher, she was a middle child. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers Joe, Ira, and Turner Belcher, and her sisters, Ermadene, Vivian and Helen. And she is survived by her sisters Ruth Goad and Reva Coop. She was married on June 5th, 1945, to the love of her life, Elbert T. Poff, and they lived together in Mullens, West Virginia, until 1981 when they moved to Princeton, West Virginia. She and Elbert lived at their Princeton residence until Elbert’s passing in 1999. A lifelong commitment to helping others saw her assist Wyoming General Hospital’s laboratory operations for 28 years, being integral in ensuring that the doctors had the most accurate information about their patients as possible. When she moved from Mullens, she came to work at Roche Biomedical as both a lab technician and a phlebotomist for an additional ten years, at that point in her life; she retired to spend more time with her family. Her affiliations include the Southgate CB Operators Club and she was a sister of the Order of the Eastern Star. An avid reader, it is estimated that she has read over 1,000 books since her retirement commenced. She never did this at the expense of her children or grandchildren; however, she was always available for dispensing advice, recounting family history, friendly conversation, or the occasional joke. Regardless of what you needed, she was there to provide. She is survived by her children, Richard Poff and Sabrina Hager and her daughter and son in-laws Donna Poff and Joseph Hager. She is also survived by her grandchildren Kevin Poff, and Tabitha Thompson and Nicholas Hager and her great-grandchildren Kaiden Lambert, Aiden and Eric Brewer. Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, August 25, 2012, from the Burns Wornal Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with Pastor Orville Harvey officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton. Friends visited with the family Friday from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. on August 25, 2012.2

Born in Widemouth, WV, Jane was a daughter of the late Loy and Hazel Dewese. Jane received a Bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech, served in the Air Force and briefly taught school. But mostly Jane was a proud homemaker and for her "It was all about the family". Survivors include her husband Stanley Ray of Myrtle Beach, SC; grandchildren Misty Hardwick and Kelly Goodman; 8 great grandchildren and one step-daughter Carol Ray. Jane was predeceased by her daughter Rebecca Jane Ray. Services will be private. on February 25, 2013.3

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Burns-Wornal Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory with Rev. Frank Meadows officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. on March 24, 1981.4

Foti Jr., Elizabeth A. Groves and husband Scott, all of Roanoke; four great-grandchildren, Sarah Guilliams, William Guilliams, Madison Foti, Delaney Groves, all of Roanoke; and a brother, Douglas A. Bailey of Norfolk, Va. Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday from the graveside of Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell with the Rev. Bruce D. Tuttle and the Rev. Arthur W. Wingfield officiating.
