Linda was born December 9, 1959, in San Diego, Calif., the daughter of Robert W. and Haruko Seo Gearheart. Linda was a loving sister, mother, aunt and grandmother. She attended Handley High School. She was a die-hard Redskins fan. Her laughter, smile and fun-loving personality were some of her greatest qualities. She was a true fighter and an amazingly strong willed woman, something that her family always knew about her and she made well known to her caregivers. Without Linda, our hearts are broken and our tears are endless, but our memories are unmeasurable. Linda leaves behind her son, Jeffrey Scott Eaton Jr. of Strasburg; daughter, Amy Lynn Eaton of Strasburg; sister, Mary M. Smith with husband Larry Smith Jr. of Capon Springs, W.Va; brother, James L. Gearheart with wife Eve Howard of Charlestown, W.Va; grandchildren, Laci and Talon; niece, April Allen; nephews, Mark, Kevin and Matthew Howard, Larry Smith III; and her companion, Tom Jones. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert W. Gearheart Jr; niece, Heather Gearheart; and nephew, Robert W. Gearheart III.
