Born in Philadelphia and a resident of Croydon for 53 years, she was employed in Sales at Spiegel Catalogue in Bensalem, retiring in 1993 after 15 years of service. Beloved wife of the late William M. Shaw; and sister of the late Mary Crisci. She will be sadly missed by her devoted children, Bill Shaw (Marge) of Croydon, Bobbie Edwardson (Mike) of Burlington, N.J. and Bud Shaw (Susan) of Cleveland, Ohio. Dearest sister of Marge Gallagher of Philadelphia, Larry Wargo of Fla. and Cassie Barnes, also of Philadelphia. Also survived by eight grandchildren, Mike Edwardson (Nikki), Bill Shaw (Jessica), Cassie Edwardson, Kevin Shaw (Megan), Tim Shaw, Molly Shaw, Ryan Shaw, and Mary Cait Shaw; and four great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday 10:00 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 601 Bristol Pike, Croydon, Pa., 19021, where friends may call from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass. Interment private. Memorial contributions may be made to either St. Thomas Aquinas Sanctuary Fund at the above address or to St. Mary Medical Center, Nurse Scholarship Fund. He is survived by his beloved wife, Clara Marie Combs Pritt; children, Teresa Snedeker (Ted) of Harrington, DE; Garry Pritt (Claudette) of Pennsville, NJ; Donald Pritt (Vickie) of Wilmington, DE; Kevin Pritt (Andria) of New Castle, DE; and Kenneth Pritt (Tammy) of New Castle, DE; brother, Willard Pritt (Marian) of Port Charlotte, FL; sister-in-law, Myrtle Simpers (Allen); brothers-in-law, Frankie Combs and Franklin Combs; 14 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren. Friends may call 6 pm to 8 pm on Friday, September 25, 2009, at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE.
