     Madeline Elizabeth Donahue was buried at Franklin Memorial Park, Virgil Goode Highway, Rocky Mount, Franklin Co., Virginia.2 She was born on February 17, 1930.2 As of circa 1948,her married name was Bradbury.3 She married Otis Lee Bradbury Sr., son of Roy Lewis Bradbury and Nancy Sue Ella Hunt, circa 1948 at Richland Co., South Carolina.1,2,3 Madeline Elizabeth Donahue Madeline Elizabeth Donahue Bradbury, of Roanoke, Virginia, was carried away by Heavenly angels on Friday, February 10, 2023. Mrs. Bradbury was born on February 17, 1930, to the late Harry Reed Donahue and Mildred Donahue. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Otis L. Bradbury Sr; brother, Harold Donahue; sisters, Joyce Bell and Barbara Maxie; and a very special son-in-law, Larry Elovich. Mrs. Bradbury was a lifelong member of Clearbrook Grace Brethren Church. Surviving are her sisters-in-law, Francis Donahue, Nancy Applegate and Ann Bradbury; her children, Otis L. Bradbury Jr. (Edith), Susan B. Elovich, Mark W. Bradbury (Susan), and Jimmy L. Bradbury (Karen); eight grandchildren, Julie Bittinger (James), Steven M. Elovich (Jessica), Timothy E. Bradbury (Jennie), Whitney Stefanos (Nick), Sarah Morgan (Craig), Rebecca Bradbury (Matcha), Elizabeth Bradbury-Bocock (Cody), and Aaron Bradbury (Lauren); and eight great-grandchildren, Amber, Izabella, Caedon, Olivia, Emma, Leo, Chloe and Lilith. The family would like to express special thanks to Lonnie and Katherin Kraft as well as the staff of Friendship South. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. on February 14, 2013.2 She died on February 10, 2023 at Roanoke, Virginia, at age 92.2

Pressley - Mrs. Pressley died Friday, May 19, 2006 at home surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with breast cancer. She was a native of Charlotte, NC and attended Central High School and Limestone College in Gaffney, SC. Words cannot express the deep sadness and loss felt by her entire family and friends. We will miss her sharp wit, her humor, her compassion, but mostly her love. Along with her husband of 48 years, Douglas S. Pressley, Sr., she is survived by her three children: daughter, Sherry Sanders and husband Randall, of Simpsonville, SC, son, Douglas S. Pressley, Jr. and wife Sheryl, of Stanfield, NC and daughter, Julie Loucks and husband Matthew, of Charlotte, NC; the joys of her life, her five grandchildren, Lee and Brian Sanders, Kristen and Shelby Pressley, and Faith Loucks; her sister, Judy Bennett; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service was held Sunday, May 21, 2006 at Sharon Memorial Park. The Pressley's would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. William R. Mitchell and his nursing staff at the University office. They would also like to extend a deep appreciation to Hospice & Palliative Care of Charlotte, especially Laura Esposito and Rebecca Dose of the Northeast Team for their outstanding care and compassion.
