Before coming to Warren, Mrs. Parshall lived Tidioute, where she will be mourned by many friends. She is survived by her mother, S. B. Jobson, of Niagara Falls; daughter, Mrs. Charles N. Clayton, of Pittsburgh; two sons, John S. Parshall, of Chicago, Ill., and William H. Parshall, of Warren; three brothers, Harry W. Jobson of South Dayton, N. Y; Richard A. Jobson and Forest B. Jobson, of Detroit, Mich. on September 15, 1927.4

     Mary Magdalene Gast was buried at Saint Peters Lutheran and Reformed Cemetery, Rebersburg, Centre Co., Pennsylvania.2 She Mary Magdalene Wolfe, the oldest woman in Brush-valley, this county, died last Thursday, January 6th, of old age. She was the widow of Jacob Wolfe who died forty years ago and her age was 95 years, 7 months and 8 days. Mrs. Wolfe was the last surviving one of the ten children of Nicholas and Catharine Gast, early settlers of Bruuh-valley. All but seven years of her life were spent in the old home where her son, former county commissioner John Wolfe, now lives near Rebersburg. Her other children are William Wolfe, of Centre Hall; Henry, of Mifflinburg; Rev. E. J., of the Gettysburg theological seminary; and Mrs. Sarah Zeigler, of Millheim. She was a life long member of the Lutheran church and Revs. Mumma, Rearick and George officiated at her funeral on Monday.1 Her married name was Wolf.2 She married Jacob Wolf, son of Paul Wolff and Sophia Unknown.2,1 Mary Magdalene Gast was born on March 31, 1802 at Rebersburg, Centre Co., Pennsylvania.2,1 She died on January 6, 1898 at Rebersburg, Centre Co., Pennsylvania, at age 95.2,1
