He was born July 28, 1969 in Jacksonville, Florida and has lived here all of his life. David was Baptist by faith and loved fishing. He received his electrical journeymans license in 1996. David is survived by his father, David Baggarley; daughter, Cortney May (Matt); sisters, Barbara Harris (Thomas) and Susan Quinn (Don); grandson, Carson May and many other relatives and friends. Born June 22, 1929, in Bluefield, she was the daughter of the late Claude L. and Mary L.V Hurd Lewis. She was a homemaker and of the Christian faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Pauline Crigger and Margaret Hunnel; and three brothers, John L. Lewis, Claude Lewis, Jr., and Kenneth Wayne Lewis. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Woodrow Williamson (Linda) of Bluewell; two sisters, Billie Rae Farmer of Bluefield and Delores Ann Burnopp of Georgia; three granddaughters, Mrs. Steve Thorton (Melissa) of Green Valley, Mrs. Kenneth Billings (Tabitha) of Princeton, and Mrs. Jody Blevins (Lucinda) of Bluefield; four great-grandchildren, Jacob Corey Thorton, Jessica Dawn Billings, Abigail Grace Billings, and Stormy Marie Blevins; and special friend, Edna Sink. Graveside services will be conducted at Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Bluewell. on October 31, 2000.³
